Calgary Stampeders announced the signing of non-import defensive lineman Osie Ukwuoma, non-import offensive lineman Chad Cossette, import defensive back Perry Kyles and import linebacker Robert Killebrew on Tuesday.

Kyles played three seasons for Tennessee Tech and was utilized as cornerback and kick returner. Killebrew attended Chicago Bears training camp in 2008 following his career at the University of Texas. He was a starter in three of his four seasons at Texas, including 2005 when the Longhorns claimed the national championship. The team also announced that import quarterback Will Proctor has retired from football. Proctor dressed in one regular-season game and two playoff contests for the Stamps in 2008.
