The true essence of Spirit Dancing is the goal of spiritual unfolding, of opening our hearts, and being in a state of oneness.  The easy to learn songs and movements are based on sacred phrases from religions around the world, including Native American Spirituality, Hinduism, and Christianity, among others.  They are a very fun way to exercise the body, mind and spirit.

Spirit Dancing will be held every 4th Friday of every month.  Everyone is welcome, and you don't need a partner!
